Everything You Need to Know

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SMASH ROOM?

After you sign a waiver, suit up in our PPE (personal protective equipment) provided by us and we will bring you to your reserved cage/room. There you will find an assortment of weapons and things to break. At any time you can purchase more things to break during your rage session. We provide speakers and phone mounts so you can jam out to your favorite tunes and take awesome photos or videos. (PPE included = hard hat, gloves, and glasses we recommend long sleeves/pants)

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ITEMS TO SMASH?

YES! However NO light bulbs or anything toxic. We recommend framed pictures of ex’s or in-laws; old broken microwaves, etc.

WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH RANDOM PEOPLE?

No, only you and your party will be in the room.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY?

NO Refunds for Cancellations !If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or E-mail at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There will be no refunds. We will provide a voucher which you can redeem at anytime!  If you wish to make changes to an appointment less than 24 hours until your appointment time, we may incur the  charge of 10% of your appointment cost for reschedules.‘No call / no shows’ will not receive any refunds, if you contact us after your appointment is scheduled to start, it will be considered a ‘no call / no show’. It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare each appointment.
