WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY?
NO Refunds for Cancellations! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There will be no refunds. We will provide a voucher which you can redeem at any time! If you wish to make changes to an appointment less than 24 hours until your appointment time, we may incur the charge of 10% of your appointment cost for reschedules. 'No call/no shows' will not receive any refunds. If you contact us after your appointment is scheduled to start, it will be considered a 'no call / no show.' It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare for each appointment.
