Bay Area Smash Room is a place where you can let your hair down, gear up, and destroy rooms complete with glass, TVs, tables and many, many more breakable items. It might sound crazy at first, but we assure you once you’ve tried this method of stress relief, nothing else will compare. Let’s be honest, this is something you’ve wanted to do for a long time anyway!
